1. Information we collect

Information you provide

• Account data — your email address and authentication credentials when you register.
• Business configuration — the company details, hours, services, policies, and knowledge you enter to build your agents.
• Billing data — handled by Stripe. We store a customer identifier and subscription status, but never your full card number.

Information collected automatically

• Usage data — pages viewed, features used, and actions taken in the dashboard.
• Device and log data — IP address, browser type, and timestamps, used for security and diagnostics.
• Conversation data — messages exchanged with your agents in the playground and on connected channels, used to operate the Service.

2. How we use information

• To provide, operate, and improve the Service and your agents.
• To process payments and manage your subscription.
• To secure the Service, prevent abuse, and enforce our Terms.
• To communicate with you about your account, updates, and support.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your business configuration or conversation data to train third-party foundation models.

3. How we share information

We share information only with service providers that help us run the Service, including:

• Stripe — payment processing and subscription management.
• Supabase — database, storage, and authentication.
• AI model providers — to generate agent responses from your configuration.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a merger or acquisition. Each provider is bound to use your data only to provide services to us.

4. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. When you delete your account, we delete or de-identify your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain it to meet legal, accounting, or security obligations.

5. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit, access controls, and row-level security on customer data. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify you of a breach affecting your data as required by law.

6. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can manage most of your data directly in the dashboard, or contact us to exercise these rights.

7. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

8. International users

We may process and store information in countries other than yours. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
